Bicycle licenses can be purchased at the Keokuk Police Department for 50 cents. The license is good for the entire time you own the bicycle.
To request an arrest history on an individual, contact the Keokuk Police Department Records Department between 8 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday, except legal Holidays. Under the Public Records Law (Iowa Code Chapter 22) you may examine current arrest records.

Some chapters of the manual are exempt from public view as they contain confidential departmental procedures. We cannot allow public access to the operations manual without Records Personnel present.
Citizens can request sex offender information at the Police Department. Iowa law authorizes a Criminal or Juvenile Justice Agency the ability to notify the community about a person required to register with the Iowa Sex Offender Registry.
